• payment: 100 % prior to arrival, hotels accept no payment on spot during trade shows

• cancellation: 100 % cancellation fee after cancellation deadline
• depending on hotel/ exhibition/ cancellation date better conditions possible.
• our service for you: if you have to cancel we try to resell your cancelled nights & refund 75% in case of success

exceptionally:

• plus bed/ city tax
• exceptionally 3-5% price rise is possible for very few hotels in case of longterm bookings one year ahead of the consumption date
